What the form collects
Your name, phone number, email (if you give one), your preferred language, and whether you ticked the box to receive updates. Technically, the time you sent it, the language of the page, and where you came from (for example, an ad or a poster) are saved too.
What is not collected
Nothing about your health. There are no fields for symptoms, insurance, date of birth, or address, and I ask you not to write those in the form. Everything medical is discussed at the office.
Where it goes
Only to me, Elena Storozhenko. Messages are stored in a protected database on Cloudflare servers in the United States and are not shared with any clinic, company, or third party.
Updates
Only people who ticked the box receive updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any message or by writing to me.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. In the future it may use Google Analytics and advertising measurement tools from Google or Meta to understand which pages are useful and whether ads work. If that changes, this page will be updated.
