Privacy
What the form collects
Your name, phone number, optional email, preferred language, and your separate choices about appointment texts and updates. We also save submission time, page language, referral source, and consent and SMS-attempt records.
What is not collected
Nothing about your health. There are no fields for symptoms, insurance, date of birth, or address, and I ask you not to write those in the form. Everything medical is discussed at the office.
Where it goes
Elena receives your inquiry. Cloudflare stores the lead and sends email notifications; Google provides her email and lead spreadsheet. If you request an appointment text, Quo processes your phone number and the message. These services support this contact flow. Your form details are not automatically sent to the dental office.
Updates
Only people who ticked the box receive updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any message or by writing to me.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising pixels or Google Analytics. In the future it may use Google Analytics and advertising measurement tools from Google or Meta to understand which pages are useful and whether ads work. If that changes, this page will be updated.
Mobile information
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to support the contact and messaging service described here.
Appointment texts and booking
Appointment texts are optional and separate from occasional updates. Reply STOP to stop texts or contact elenastoro.dds@gmail.com for help. The booking link opens Dentists of Southside’s own scheduling service, where you provide appointment details directly to the office. Submitting this website’s form does not confirm an appointment.
Maps
The Home and Contact pages include Google Maps to show where I see patients. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies under its own privacy policy.
